Close to the station, clean and comfortable room, helpful friendly staff, and breakfast included. We didn't use the laundry, but there were two washers and dryers Everything you need for a night stop.

The bathroom was very clean. 2 minute walk from Kakegawa station. Breakfast was included, not big but sufficient.
